QUIET TITLE COMPLAINT

This summons is directed to the above-named Defendants, to any other persons who may have interest in these proceedings and to the entire world.

You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Sullivan Superior Court, Sullivan County, Indiana, in an action entitled Complaint to Quiet Title to the Real Estate, as described below, by CITY OF SULLIVAN REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION. This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to Bonnie Richardson who is a former resident of Sullivan County, Indiana. This Summons is also directed to any other successors in interest to BONNIE RICHARDSON and all other persons or entities who might claim an interest in the Real Estate or these proceedings and whose identities and addresses are unknown to Plaintiff.

INVOLVED IN THE ACTION

Fifty-seven (57) feet off the east side of Lot 14 in Charles L. Davis Addition to the town (now city) of Sullivan, as the same appears on the recorded plat of said Addition.

("Real Estate").

The purpose of the proceedings is to quiet title to the Real Estate in Plaintiff and the parties being sued claim some interest in the Real Estate.

The Plaintiff is represented by its attorney, Douglas S. Followell, PO Box 350, Sullivan IN 47882, telephone number; 812-268-3415.

An answer or other response in writing to the complaint must be filed either by you or your attorney within thirty (30) days of the date this notice is last published and, if you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded by Plaintiff.

If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer and response.
