North Central tops Eminence

Playing for the first time in 11 days, the North  Central baseball team defeated visiting Eminence 7-1 in a high school baseball game on Tuesday night.
Chase Wiseley pitched the first six innings to earn the victory. He allowed one run and three hits.
He struck out seven and walked two.
Cam Wanninger pitched the seventh inning to earn the save.
Jacob Pritchard and Simon Tierney each had two hits and one RBI. Tierney doubled and scored one run.
Jaron Bonacorsi was 2-for-3 with one run scored and one RBI.
Cody Curtis had an RBI triple while Blake Chatman, Dakota Ellinger, Wanninger, Kenny Jones and Wiseley also had hits.
Jones and Wiseley both scored two runs while Chatman, Tierney and Bonacorsi each scored once.
Tierney and Bonacorsi both were credited with one RBI.
The Thunderbirds were scheduled to play Wednesday at Eastern Greene and Friday at Vincennes Rivet.
